Cancellations and Refund Policy
If you are not able to participate in your booked tour, we can transfer your tickets for another day or date.
- Cancellation 14 days or more prior to the agreed activity starting date. You are automatically reimbursed for the full activity price.
- Cancellation up to 7 days or less prior to the agreed activity starting date. The activity fee is non-refundable. However, you are entitled to a new reservation for any other activity, which is subject to availability.

We will try to schedule you to another date available however if on any of the days we do not manage to commence the trip or activity we will give you total refund of the ticket.
If the activity is canceled by the activity provider (due to bad weather conditions, mechanical failure, coastguard restrictions, non-completion of minimum entries, force majeure, etc.), the price of your activity, is refunded in full.
Refunds will be conducted through the original mode of payment (PayPal or stripe).
Upon payment through the website, you will receive an email confirmation about the services you have paid for and all details concerning pick up times, locations, and services.
